The upcoming mobile JRPG, Tales of Crestoria, will reveal the artist performing the game's intro alongside new footage from the opening animation later this month.Over on the official Tales of Crestoria Twitter account this morning, it was announced a new promo video and the artist performing the theme song for the game will be revealed on Sunday, April 26. For those who aren't aware, Tales of Crestoria is the latest mobile entry in the long-running Tales franchise from Bandai Namco. The opening song and intro movie for new Tales games are big deals to the community. It is an exciting time for fans around the world.

Placing players in the role of Kanata, you are the son of a monk whose endeavors to protect the weak land him into some bad trouble. In Tales of Crestoria's world, the characters wear strange devices known as Vision Orbs which monitor and report on everything that person sees. When a crime is committed, that person's data is then brought up and judged; if they should be found guilty, they are promptly executed.

Longtime regulars of the Tales series will be able to team up with various characters from previous titles to help round out their teams. These characters include Luke Fon Fabre from Abyss, Cress from Phantasia, Millia from Xillia, and Velvet from Berseria.

Tales of Crestoria was initially scheduled to release in the West and Japan last year. However, it was revealed in October that it was no longer going to be possible. There is currently still no release dates or windows for the games Japanese or Western releases. You can check out the announcement from the game's Twitter below.
