On October 13, Bandai Namco trademarked Tales of Luminaria in Europe. (Thanks Gematsu). Interestingly, the trademarking only happened in Europe for now, as none of the Twitter Japanese trademark bots reported a Tales of Luminaria. The title Tales of Luminaria sounds like the name of a classic Tales of game that will deal with Spirits, and it'll be interesting to see its world and character if it ever gets officially announced.Bandai Namco publicly confirmed to be working on a single Tales of game right now, Tales of Arise. The game was first announced at E3 2019 for PC, PS4, Xbox One,. While initially planned for 2020, it was indefinitely delayed. Looking at recent trademarks however, it's possible the game will come back sooner than we think in 2021.It's important to remember the mobile market is by far the biggest games market in Japan and Asia for over a decade now. TGS 2020 was entirely online, so it wasn't as much noticeable this year, but most of the games each year at TGS nowadays are mobile games. Tales of Series currently has three mobile games ongoing. Tales of Luminaria could definitely be a fourth one.Currently, we have Tales of Asteria, celebrating its 6.5th anniversary:

Next, we have Tales of the Rays, with its new version, Tales of the Rays Last Cradle having a cool OP animation by Wit Studio and BoA:

Lastly, we have Tales of Crestoria, which has really cool Inomata original chara designs, cool story ideas and nice SSR illustrations, but is pretty much just a thing so far:

Lastly, note that a trademark don't necessarily mean a game is coming, and projects can as well never go publicly further than a trademark before getting  internally canceled. In any case, we'll probably know for sure in a few months. The Tales of Series is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, as Tales of Phantasia released back on December 15, 1995. Maybe we'll get some announcements as we get closer to December.
