Tales of Xillia Gets a Batch of New Screenshots

Namco Bandai may be quite tardy at releasing localized games and celebrating anniversaries but today they made it up (at least partially) by releasing a new batch of screenshots of Tales of Xillia (that will hit the North American Shelves on August the 6th and the European ones on August the 9th) for us to enjoy.

The screenies feature a mix between characters from the cel-shaded in-engine cutscenes of the game, and the environments that we’ll be able to explore during gameplay. For a game that was released in Japan almost two years ago, its visuals are still definitely flattering and are enriched by the lovely character design by Kosuke Fujishima and Mutsumi Inomata.

You can check out the gallery below, while we hope that future localizations of the Tales series will be a tad faster. The franchise definitely deserves it.
