During today's edition of Inside Xbox at X019, Dontnod Entertainment, the studio behind Life is Strange, revealed a new adventure title that set to release next year.

Tell Me Why is the name of Dontnod's next game and it centers around two twins, Tyler and Alyson. Xbox Game Studios is, surprisingly, the publisher of the game and it will be releasing in summer 2020. Furthermore, all chapters for Tell Me Why are said to be dropping during this time, meaning that they should be staggered out more closely together.

Here's a description of the story of Tell Me Why from Dontnod:

Tell Me Why is the latest narrative adventure game from DONTNOD Entertainment, the studio behind the beloved franchise, Life is Strange. In this intimate thriller, twins Tyler and Alyson use their special bond to unravel mysteries of their loving but troubled childhood. Set in beautiful small-town Alaska, Tell Me Why features true-to-life characters, mature themes and gripping choices.

One of the most notable aspects of Tell Me Why is that the character of Tyler is a transgender protagonist. This is one of the first major releases to have a transgender character take the center stage in this manner. It remains to be seen how Dontnod will end up handling this topic, however.
