While problems are more than likely to arise every now and then for games purchased digitally, be it due to network issues or anything else of that nature, it's at least comforting to see companies go out of their way to address these sorts of issues and find a solution.

Recently, Telltale Games has been addressing an issue found on the Xbox 360 version of their new episodic series, The Wolf Among Us, where purchasers of the Season Pass for the game's first season are being prompted to purchase the most recent episode, "Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors," as an individual download rather than automatically as part of the pass.

To address this, Telltale Games has been sending out codes to download "Episode 2" for purchasers of the Season Pass on Xbox 360, and has also been working with Microsoft to release a Title Update for the game that will address the redemption issues with the Season Pass for future episodes. Users that bought the Season Pass will receive a system message with a code to download "Episode 2."

The Wolf Among Us released its first episode, "Faith," in October 2013, and its second episode, "Smoke & Mirrors," released this week on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Mac, and expects release on iOS devices next week.
