Since we were first introduced to Clementine and the rest of the characters in The Walking Dead in 2012, players have been brought through an emotional story full of tough decisions and hard circumstances to face, and now all that is coming to a head with the debut of The Walking Dead: The Final Season next week.

Developer Telltale Games has released a new trailer for the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, which is titled "Done Running." Although The Final Season will mark the conclusion of the story that Telltale has told with the first season of The Walking Dead, the final season will also be adding "new visuals, mechanics, and characters to the series" that fans can look forward to alongside seeing how the journey of Clementine plays out.

As in the past seasons, The Final Season will be release periodically in episodes with the four-part series to debut early next week, while players can pick up the whole season for $19.99 and download the episodes as they become available.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will debut its first episode on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 14th, 2018, while the game will arrive for Nintendo Switch later this year. For a closer look at the first episode, you can check out the new trailer from Telltale Games below:
