TERA Gets Free Seven-Day Trials

on June 13, 2012 3:22 PM

If you’re still on the fence about playing TERA (that I recently reviewed here), En Masse entertainment is going to give you a chance to do so free of charge, at least for a while.

Starting today, the publisher created a free trial service that allows players to check the game out for seven days and up to level 23 (the current cap is level 60) over eight characters. While there are a few minor restrictions that you can find here, it’s a quite nice chance to try out a definitely innovative MMORPG.

You can create an account here and then download the game immediately. Reaching level 23 (actually 20) will allow you to visit the Bastion of Lok, which is the first group-oriented instance in the game, and a definitely fun experience.
