Terminal Reality, the studio that developed and produced titles such as BloodRayneKinect Star Wars, and most recently developed The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, sadly appears to be closing its doors and shutting down the studio after working in the industry for two decades.

In a Facebook post from Jesse Sosa, a former employee that had worked at the studio for a decade, he wrote:

"TRI seems to have finally shut down. A lot of different emotions are passing through me at the moment. I left there when I saw things going downhill but I have always kept up with them and hoped for the best."

Sosa also mentioned that it seems many employees from Terminal Reality will be moving to Austin to find work at other developers or studios.

Recently, Terminal Reality released The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct this past March, and also kept up with licensing tech to other studios, such as its Infernal Engine.

While no details or official information has been released yet by the studio about its closure, stay tuned for more details on Terminal Reality's shut down: our best goes out to the employees and staff of Terminal Reality during this time.
