Terminator Mortal Kombat 11 Finishers: T-800’s Fatalities and Brutalities
Having trouble with the Terminator Mortal Kombat 11 finishers? Here's a little guide to help you execute those fatalities and brutalities.
Are you ready to terminate all of Netherrealm with one of the coolest cyborg assassins around? Well, if you own the Kombat Pass, you can play as The Terminator right now. Otherwise, the T-800, featuring the likeness of none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger, will be available for everyone to purchase on October 15, 2019. With every new character comes a new set of fatalities and brutalities to learn and execute. Below, you will find exactly how to perform the Terminator Mortal Kombat 11 finishers and watch the competition be completely terminated.
Mortal Kombat 11 can be played on several platforms. As such, I will be using the universal lingo for button inputs used for most fighting games. I’ll also be using letters to represent directional movement. Here is the translation:
- 1: Square (PS4), X (Xbox One)
- 2: Triangle (PS4), Y (Xbox One)
- 3: Circle (PS4), B (Xbox One)
- 4: Cross (PS4), A (Xbox One)
- F: Forward
- B: Back
- U: Up
- D: Down
Terminator Mortal Kombat 11 Finishers: Fatalities
— Mortal Kombat 11 (@MortalKombat) October 1, 2019
The first fatality that is unlocked initially is aptly named “I’m Back.” This is the one where Arnold rides a motorcycle, whips the tail causing their opponent to fly in the air, seamlessly gets off the bike strutting his way towards the flying opponent with his sawed-off shotgun and then blows them to pieces. It’s pretty rad.
- I’m Back: B, F, B, 1 (Close)
Executing it is pretty simple on paper, although people have been having a hard time performing the fatality. All you have to do is move up as close to the dazed opponent as possible and input the button prompt above.
The Terminator’s second fatality is called “Target Terminated,” which can be seen in the video above. This is the one where the Terminator shoots his opponent’s legs off, transitioning to the red perspective of robot Arnold. The legless opponent is then sent to the post-apocalyptic future where the war of the machines ensues. A machine walks up to the struggling opponent and shoots their chest off with a laser beam. It is also pretty rad.
- Target Terminated: D, F, D, 3 (Mid)
This one is a bit harder just because you need to know what is considered “mid” distance. All you really have to do is take a few steps back so you aren’t close to the dazed opponent. Once you’ve found that distance, input the button prompt above and watch one of the game’s more unique fatalities.
Terminator Mortal Kombat 11 Finishers: Brutalities
Brutalities in Mortal Kombat 11 are finishers that are executed by adhering to a list of requirements and performing a certain move to finish the…. um, finisher. They are a bit more difficult to perform than fatalities, but they are incredibly satisfying, especially if you aren’t expecting to perform one. The brutalities below are unlocked right when you purchase the Terminator.
- The Klassic: D+2
- Must not block any attacks during final round.
- Must hold 2.
- Final hit must come from an uppercut.
- Efficient Execution: LB (Xbox One)/L1 (PS4) or 1+4
- Rapidly press 1 and 2 during hit.
- Final hit must come from away throw.
- Future Assassin: B, F, 1
- Must hit with 3 Sawed Offs.
- Final Hit must be with Sawed Off.
