Terraria Christmas Rewards and Tricks

Once the Christmas event is live in Terraria, every enemy in the game will drop presents, except for the enemies spawned by statues. The chance of a present drop from each game will be around 7%.

During the Christmas event, you will get Candy Canes and Sugar Plums instead of Hearts and Mana Stars respectively. If you play in Hardmode, you will have a chance of getting Snow Globe from presents, which can be used to summon Frost Legion.

If you have a valid house, defeat Frost Legion, and then Santa Claus will spawn. He is actually a vendor and you can purchase various Christmas-themed decorations and cosmetics from him.

The Christmas event ends on December 31 in Terraria, but if you want it to stay for longer, you can adjust your platform’s date and time to December 16 to extend the event for as many days as you want.

Terraria is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
