Teslagrad Charging Over to the PS3 This Fall

The recently announced puzzle-platformer Teslagrad–which combines a steampunk theme with Tesla-technology–is now coming to the PlayStation Store later this year, releasing alongside the PC, Mac and Linux platforms simultaneously in Fall, with more platforms planned (hopefully that also means I can also play it on my Vita one day).

Teslagrad combines the use of magnetism and other electromagnetic powers to conquer the obstacles and puzzles of Tesla Tower, allowing players to explore a non-linear world with more than 100 hand-drawn environments. As a young lad who suddenly finds himself in the middle of a age-old conspiracy involving a despotic king, players will find themselves using “Teslamancer technology” to escape this conflict using creativity and ingenuity. Check out the details, screenshots, and trailers that were released when I reported on the game last week, the new screenshots and art below, and stay tuned for my preview for a closer look at the game.

Born and raised in video games and "geek culture," Masoud has been bred off of fantasy worlds his entire life and doesn't see anything wrong with that. He loves RPGs (especially TRPGs), sandbox games, the sci-fi genre, dieselpunk, art deco, and anything that allows him to create. Having graduated from John Jay College with a degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing, Masoud hopes to one day pen the same novels, comics, movies, and video games he enjoys escaping into when the real world gets too boring.
