Tetris Effect is Finally Available on Oculus Quest

The acclaimed 2018 puzzle game Tetris Effect is out now on Oculus Quest, giving you the ultimate sensory experience through VR.

With its release in 2018, Tetris Effect drew critical acclaim for its beautiful take on an all-time classic. By taking the core gameplay of Tetris and wrapping it in stunning visuals and music, Tetris Effect was an experience like no other, especially when played in VR. While the game has been available for some time on PlayStation VR and Oculus, those with the Oculus Quest can finally experience the game for themselves.

Publisher Enhance Games announced that Tetris Effect is now available for Oculus Quest owners to play in VR while untethered. You can pick the game up now from the Oculus Store for $29.99 to begin playing with the Quest.

Rumors that the game would be coming to Oculus Quest began popping up within the last few weeks. Thankfully, it turns out the rumors were true, and it’s a big win for Oculus Quest owners in every way. It is easily one of the best iterations of Tetris ever, and it’s an even more stunning experience in VR that’s worth playing.

With its initial release supporting PlayStation VR, Tetris Effect already proved itself as one of the best showcases for VR out there. Given that the Oculus Quest has been a success so far for Oculus, it makes sense for the company to try and bring over some signature VR games to the platform, and if you haven’t tried the game for yourself just yet, you are in for a treat. If you end up not being able to get enough of the game, its incredible soundtrack will also be released digitally later this month alongside the physical vinyl edition from Limited Run Games.

Tetris Effect is available now on PS4 and PC, and is also available to play in VR on a variety of platforms, including Oculus Quest and PlayStation VR.
