Armor Games announced today that they will be launching indie developer Massive Monster's lighthearted action-platformer The Adventure Pals on PC and consoles in Spring of 2018. To celebrate this announcement, some new screenshots of the game were released.

The developers also revealed that the game will be playable at PSX this year, which takes place between December 9 and December 10 in Anaheim, California at booth #98. For those of you who aren't aware, The Adventure Pals is a side-scrolling co-op platformer with an emphasis on friendship and exploration. The game features drop-in/drop-out local co-op and some RPG elements to keep players engaged.

In total, The Adventure Pals will contain 105 different levels for players to traverse through. The game is also filled with a ton of different wacky situations for players to get drawn into, including helping a whale to regain its confidence, stop a fight between a piece of toast and a dinosaur, and interfere with a pirate election. The Adventure Pals has a really lighthearted and happy tone that certainly leaves me intrigued to see how the game pans out.
