Since 2014, Stoic Studio’s The Banner Saga series has been telling a tense story wrapped in the mystery and lore of a Norse-mythology inspired world and setting, and now with the series about to wrap up next month in The Banner Saga 3, now is as good a time as any to catch up on the major events that have taken place in the trilogy so far, thanks to a new trailer.

Developer Stoic Studio has released a new trailer for The Banner Saga 3, with the trailer itself highlighting the major events of the series before its conclusion next month with The Banner Saga 3.

Specifically, the trailer gives a recap of the events of The Banner Saga and The Banner Saga 2 as a way to refresh your memory on the various battles, characters, relationships, and more that have shaped the events of the trilogy, before it all comes to an end with the series’ third game. Obviously, the trailer will include some major spoilers, so I would suggest only watching if you’ve played the previous two entries in the series and need a refresher.

The Banner Saga 3 will release for PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android on July 26th, 2018. For a closer look at the upcoming game, you can check out the new trailer from Stoic Studio below. In addition to the trailer, you can also stay tuned for our upcoming preview of the title and an interview with Stoic Studio on their plans for the series in the future.
