The Crew 2’s Release Date Announced, Pre-Order Details Revealed

Prepare to burn rubber on March 16th in The Crew 2.

Today, Ubisoft unveiled new information on The Crew 2 regarding its release date and pre-order incentives.

According to the French publisher, the release date for the game is scheduled to release on March 16th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. However, if you decide to pre-order one of the various editions of the game, you will get to play three days early on March 13th.

Currently, The Crew 2 has three different versions that you can pre-order: Standard, Deluxe, and Gold. While each version has content only available in that specific edition, regardless of which version of the game you pre-order you’re guaranteed access to the Legendary Motors Pack, which includes the Mercedes-AMG C 63, Touring Car 2016, and the Harley-Davidson Iron 883 2017.

The Standard edition is priced at $59.99 and comes with the base game and no additional content. Meanwhile, the Deluxe version is available for $69.99. Aside from the base game as well as the pre-order bonuses, the Deluxe Edition features the Motorsports Deluxe Pack, which contains the Ford F-150 Raptor Race Truck 2017, the Abarth 500 2008 Monster Truck Edition, the Pilatus PC-21 aerobatics plane, as well as three character outfits.

Lastly, the Gold edition contains The Crew 2‘s season pass and both vehicle packs. Players can purchase the Gold edition digitally for $99.99 or $109.99 physically. Those who preorder the Gold edition’s physical version will also receive a complimentary steelbook case.
