The Division 2 Gets First Year Content Detailed, Goes Free for 3 Days
If you haven't played The Divison 2 yet, now might be the time.
At its E3 2019 press conference, Ubisoft detailed the year-one roadmap for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.
A series of three episodes will bring players through the Washington DC area. The first episode, D.C. Outskirts: Expeditions, brings players to the Washington National Zoo and through the bark-laden edges of Washington DC on a hunt for the leader of the Outcasts and President Ellis in July 2019. Weekly expeditions will progress players through different wings of Trinity College.
The second episode, Pentagon: The Last Castle brings players to the Pentagon and takes The Division 2‘s second eight-player raid along with it. Taking place in a foundry, expect to maneuver around a lot of really hot metal. The actual episode itself will pit you against The Black Tusks in Fall 2019.
The third episode, Coney Island: Homecoming brings players back to New York–Coney Island specifically. It drops in early 2020.
On top of pulling back the curtain on post-launch content, Ubisoft also revealed that The Division 2 will be free at the end of this week from June 13 to June 16.
