While Dying Light appears to be yet another game where you kill an untold number of the undead, it sets itself apart with its free-running gameplay and its emphasis on characters. This latest trailer (which will be shown at E3) shows both of these at work.

In the trailer we see the main character get approached by a shady man who wants to hire him for work. He accepts but says he won't murder anyone. The accented man in front of him let's him know that everyone is a murderer, given the right circumstances.

That's the only bit of deep dialogue we get as the rest of the trailer is devoted to showing as much zombie killing as possible. As you can see from the trailer, there is no shortage of ways to dispose of the undead. The cannibal corpses are dangerous enough during the day but at night they become more aggressive and dangerous. Having to survive with such wild monsters in near pitch black will be quite a scary experience indeed.

Dying Light will be released for the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in February of 2015.
