Dine Throughout the Realms with The Elder Scrolls: The Official Cookbook by Your Side
If you've ever wanted to taste the food you see while playing The Elder Scrolls, then you're in luck as author Chelsea Monroe-Cassel has you covered.
If you’re looking for something different to cook for your friends, loved ones or just to confuse your family members, then this Elder Scrolls-inspired cookbook might be just up your street.
Author Chelsea Monroe-Cassel, who had previously brought books like A Feast of Ice and Fire: The Official Game of Thrones Companion Cookbook and World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook to our shelves, has now delved into the kingdoms of Skyrim, Morrowind, and Tamriel to bring in some tasty dishes to the many fans of the title, allowing them to feast on foods found within the game that they can create with their own fair hands.
With over 60 recipes included in the book to choose from, you’re pretty much spoiled for choice here. One of my favorites that sounded delicious is the Sunlight Souffle and Saltrice Porridge which is comprised of white rice, milk, honey, and vanilla extracts – Perfect fuel for those cold winter mornings. Other dishes are briefly mentioned like Apple Cabbage Stew and Sweetrolls.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait until March 26, 2019, to get your hands on it, but you can pre-order it over on Amazon. This would make the ideal gift for either yourself or another Elder Scrolls fan.
Last month, it was announced by Bethesda that The Elder Scrolls: Blades wouldn’t release at the end of 2018 after all but instead it is now geared towards early 2019 on both iOS and Android. If you fancy signing up to the Early Access of the title, you can do so over on the Blades website.
