E3 is upon us and tonight Sony Interactive Entertainment held its press conference, announcing that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been brought to PlayStation VR.

In the trailer below, we saw the first footage of some purposefully floating hands in the game being titled The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR. The trailer also features the various trolls, dragons, and totally overpowered spells of Skyrim that we have come to know and love.

According to the game's official description, this is a full virtual reality version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, including the additional content from DawnguardHearthfire, and Dragonborn DLCs. It is intended to bring "the complete epic fantasy masterpiece with an unparalleled sense of scale, depth, and immersion."

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim originally released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC back in November 2011. It tells the story of how dragons have returned to Tamriel, and of the hero who has been prophesied to harness their power. The game has since seen a rerelease on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR is expected to release for PlayStation VR sometime in November 2017. It is currently unclear what other VR devices the game may come to when it releases.
