The Franz Kafka Videogame Launches on Mobile with a Surreal New Trailer
Daedalic Entertainment and Denis Galanin's The Franz Kafka Videogame has made its way to iOS devices. Now playable for enormous insects.
Publisher Daedalic Entertainment and independent developer Denis Galanin’s (mif2000) The Franz Kafka Videogame came to Steam back in April to critical acclaim. Today, the puzzle/adventure game, inspired by the works of German novelist and short story writer Franz Kafka, has come to iOS devices. A mobile launch trailer has been released in accompaniment.
The mobile launch trailer for The Franz Kafka Videogame details the game’s cryptic and oftentimes surreal moments of this point-and-click adventure game. Featuring a unique art style and the themes of existentialism, absurdity, and surrealism, as presented in Franz Kafka’s most popular works, The Franz Kafka Videogame follows a protagonist by the name of “K,” who quite suddenly receives an offer of employment that changes his life. He must travel the world far away from his homeland. Much to his surprise, the lands far away are a little bizarre.
The Franz Kafka Videogame is currently available for iOS, PC, Mac, and Linux devices. The game is expected to come to Android devices at an undisclosed date.
