The Game Awards 2020 Pre-Show to Feature 5 World Premieres

A musical performance and five World Premiere trailers will guide you to the main event in the pre-show of The Game Awards 2020.

The Game Awards 2020 is just around the corner and millions of gamers around the world are counting the days down to eventually learn about the winners of this year. Other than that, The Game Awards has been a great place for developers and publishers to showcase their latest projects and hype fans for what’s coming in the future.

Recently, Geoff Keighley announced via his official Twitter account that IGN’s Sydnee Goodman will host the pre-show of The Game Awards 2020, where she welcomes fans to the main event with five World-Premiere trailers, which sounds fantastic. The pre-show of this year’s The Game Awards will last half an hour and it seems pretty good for announcing five brand new games and even showing new stuff from the games that have already been announced or released.

The Game Awards 2020 is going to be the longest show in the event’s history, according to Keighley. Regarding the fact that this year’s E3 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and some of the publishers avoided holding a digital conference, The Game Awards 2020 might be a great opportunity for every studio around the world to showcase its upcoming project to millions of viewers.

We already know about some of the showcases of the event, including a brand new look at BioWare’s next Dragon Age title. However, some reports suggest that we might get some surprising news from Xbox about their upcoming games and the Game Pass service as well. It doesn’t sound out of place as Phil Spencer is one of the special guests of the event. Last year, Microsoft provided the very first look at Xbox Series X at The Game Awards 2019.

Make sure to follow us in the coming days as we are preparing some special stuff for The Game Awards 2020. Also, if you want to learn more about the event itself, check out the video below:
