Genshin Impact developer miHoYo launched a new Web Event, The Great Banquet of the Adepti, here's how to clear it and how many Primogems you can get through it.

First, access the event through this link. I recommend turning down your volume as the BGM can be quite loud. Make sure to log in to the correct server too.

The Event starts with a simple tutorial, after a discussion with Paimon, the Traveler decides to go to the sea to fish up Shimmering Shells. The tutorial will ask you to click "Go Out to Sea" at the bottom right of the screen to access the fishing minigame.

You need to left-click or press the down arrow key on your keyboard when the fishing net is aligned with treasure to pick it up. Note that you don't need to hold the key down.

The mini-game has a time limit, so you need to fish up treasure as fast as possible. You'll lose several seconds each time you miss a shot with your fishing net, so aim carefully.

Rocks and treasure chests are heavy so the Traveler will take more time to fish them up. Sometimes, Zhongli or other characters will appear and grant you bonuses, such as being able to pull up items at super speed. You can also get double the amount of Shimmering Shells.

Use the Shimmering Shells to unlock areas and get rewards

You'll then need to use the Shimmering Shells to unlock the various areas of the Event. Each time you unlock an area, you'll get Primogems. Be sure to click the arrow at the left side of the screen / swipe your screen to be able to see all the areas.

Each area requires a specific amount of Shimmering Shells to unlock. Note that you can only obtain 400 Shimmering Shells by fishing per day. You can obtain 800 more a day by completing in-game tasks.:

That's 1200 Shimmering Shells a day, and not enough for all the areas. As such, The Great Banquet of the Adepti is a time-sensitive Event. Do not wait till the last day to play the Event or you won't get all the rewards. The Web Event ends on February 6.

If you fully clear the Event and unlock all areas, you'll get 120 Primogems, 10 Hero's Wit, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore, and 70,000 Mora.
