Many of us couldn’t stomach that horrendous end fight scene at the finale of The Last of Us Part 2 and now Cascina Caradonna, who’s the face model for Dina, has her say on what she thinks about Abby.

*Heavy spoilers are showcased throughout this article*

The Last of Us Part 2 stirs something deep within its players who dare to delve into its complex and emotional storyline. Some feel anger and resentment while others feel that Part 2 is one of the most thought-provoking and cleverly designed titles of the generation.

Since the game has been out for eight months now, many have already completed it but Cascina Caradonna whose the face model for Dina, has just finished her playthrough of the title and has some things she wants to say about it.

Why Ratchet & Clank is the Most Important PS5 Game

Who Is Cascina Caradonna?

Cascina is an actress and has her very own YouTube channel where she records different aspects of her day and also a side measure of gaming videos. Most people will recognise her though as the face model for Dina from The Last of Us Part 2.

Cascina’s reaction on Abby and Ellie fight scene

Like some of us, that iconically brutal fight scene between Abby and Ellie at the end of the game shook us to the core. Whether you’re team Abby or Team Ellie, the brutality of the scuffle felt so real that it was hard to divert our eyes even though doing so caused so much stress!

Initally, Caradonna couldn’t wait to get her hands on Abby for what she did to Joel but by the end, the thought of it was too much to process and quickly changed her mind. As you can see in the embedded video below, Caradonna has a really hard time coming to terms with fighting a weak and vulnerable Abby.

“Just because a story is centred around a character, doesn’t mean that their life is the most important one” Caradonna explained “For anyone to hate Abby, I could never understand that”. She continues to talk about the plot and what the meaning behind The Last of Us Part 2 holds for her. It’s a really interesting listen and something I’d also personally echo.

HBO’s The Last of Us TV Show

As always, anything to do with The Last of Us will be a well-kept secret and no release date has been set just yet. Speaking recently, Neil Druckmann said that the HBO show will deviate somewhat from the game due to it being a different medium that encourages an element of change.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll hear of a launch date soon.
