For those extreme The Last of Us fans with full wallets, have I got some great news. If you haven't already snagged a pre-order of The Last of Us Part II Ellie Edition, what may be one of your last chances is coming up. Naughty Dog has just announced that the bundle will be available this upcoming Friday, March 13, at 1 PM ET.

If you haven't heard of the Ellie Edition, it's the most expensive version of The Last of Us Part II that you can get. So what comes in this giant, $229.99 box? First off, you get the bog-standard steelbook case, stickers, pins, and patches that come with every collector's edition. Moving on to the justifiers for its price, the Ellie Edition also includes an Ellie statuette, a 7' vinyl of the game's soundtrack, and replicas of both Ellie's bracelet and backpack.

Now if you're a fan of collector's editions, the last part of that may be causing some flashbacks. Bags and backpacks don't have a great history in collectors editions, so time will only tell how these come out. From pictures showing off the bundle, the bag seems to be canvas - the perfect material to stick all your pins in.

With inventory currently out on Gamestop's website, this may be the last chance you have to pre-order the Ellie Edition. All you have to do is go to the Playstation Direct website this Friday around 1 PM ET, and mash that refresh key until you can pick one up. You'll have to be quick, though, as quantities are limited. Apologies in advance to anyone reading outside of the U.S, as this offer won't apply to you.

For the rest of us just picking up The Last of Us Part II, the game is still coming out on May 29. You can pre-order it on the PlayStation Store here. So far, our expectations of the game are high, but you'll be able to read our thoughts in full later this year.
