If you didn't know already, today is International Cat Day where you will discover feline filled pictures galore over on Twitter. In tribute to our furry friends, cat_cosplay on Instagram has posted a rather spectacular picture of one of their cat models dressed up as Ellie from The Last of Us Part II. As you can see from the picture below, the kitty has Ellie's "I'm gonna find, and I'm gonna kill every last one of them" face on point.
This moggie is donning Ellie's blood-soaked denim jacket while "holding" a ukulele and it's even got its furry butt resting on a bloodstained mini-bed taken straight from the trailer where Ellie is sitting on a bed singing the song 'Through the Valley'. I think what would make this cosplay even better would be to see Joel in kitty form leaning by the door-way in a glorious stuck on beard and signature checked shirt, maybe even a revolver in paw.
The Last of Us isn't all that's on show on Instagrams cat_cosplay, they also have cats dressed up as Link from The Legend of Zelda, Johnny Silverhand from Cyberpunk 2077, some amazing Spiderman - I mean, Spidercat cosplay, plus many more weird and wonderful pictures of cats that look like they want to kill whoever make them wear stupid clothes. Make sure to check them all out on Instagram or Twitter for a good laugh!
At Manchester's Comic-Con this year, the man with a thousand voices Troy Baker stated that The Last of Us Part II was Naughty Dog’s most ambitious to date. He exclaimed that “It’s far larger than I thought it was going to be”.
Sadly, as yet, Naughty Dog has failed to put us all out of our misery regarding The Last of Us Part II’s release date, but until that time, at least we all know that the title is planned to arrive exclusively for PS4.
