The Last of Us Part II will surely be a big game, but maybe it is bigger than we expected. Naughty Dog's next outing will be on two discs if a recent listing is to be believed.

As spotted by an eagle-eyed Wario 64, the Best Buy listing for The Last of Us Part II Special Edition says it will include a 48-page mini art book, Steelbook, Avatar set, and dynamic theme. That isn't much of a surprise really. What is surprising is that it lists the full game will be two discs. There aren't many games in the current generation that are two discs. The most well-known game to include multiple discs in this gen is Red Dead Redemption 2.

This news supports The Last of Us Part II director Neil Druckmann's claim that their newest game will be the studio's longest game ever. How long it will be specifically is still unknown. Naughty Dog's last big title, Uncharted 4, took roughly 15 to 20 hours to complete depending on how you played. So, I guess you can expect it to be longer than 20 hours.

Naughty Dog is silenced no more! Tons of new details regarding The Last of Us Part II have been unearthed including a brand new trailer featuring a very familiar face. Alongside the aforementioned Special Edition, there will also be a Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, Collector's Edition, and Ellie Edition.

The Last of Us Part II is set to launch on February 21, 2020, for PS4. If you haven't played the first entry, The Last of Us Remastered will be part of October's PlayStation Plus lineup.
