The Last of Us Remastered: Beautiful 1080p Screenshots Shared from PS4 by Naughty Dog Devs and More

on July 27, 2014 4:05 PM

We’re just a couple days away from the massively awaited release of The Last of Us Remastered and Naughty Dog developers are continuing to tease us by releasing some fantastic screenshots taken with the game’s photo mode, which will come with a day one patch.

You can check two new ones below, courtesy of the virtual cameras of Lead Programmer Christian Gyrling and Multiplayer Designer Rodney Reece.

Of course you should keep in mind that sharing via Twitter involves a certain degree of compression, so while the shots are in 1080p, they’ll look even better on your PS4.

Developers aren’t the only ones in a sharing mood, and others already got their hands on copies of the game. Below you can see more shared pictures courtesy of Twitter users Jason Octavio TigrisVictor Philip Ortiz and Ahmed Hamed. These don’t use photo mode, as the day one patch still isn’t publicly available.

Finally, a last group of pictures from NeoGAF user thenexus6 also shared more screenshots. These were transferred to PC via USB, so the compression is much better.
