The Last of Us Remastered will be out at midnight's bell, and in order to ease the wait, here's another serving of lovely screenshots of the game, courtesy of NeoGAF users Scoot McNairyNoisepurge and nbnt.

As an added bonus, the screenies feature barely any compression (none in the case of those in PNG format), showcasing the game in all its glory, including some lovely effects added with the photo mode, which is now available to everyone that has the game, since the day one patch can already be downloaded.

If you're itching to play The Last of Us Remastered, the wait is almost at its end.

As an added bonus, Naughty Dog QA lead Trevor Stevens also shared the picture of a cute Easter egg, in the form of a wall with names of a few developers (including his) written on it.

Incidentally, Graphics Programmer Corrinne Yu mentioned that the camera work included in the photo mode was quite difficult to code. Considering that it's actually quite advanced, it's not so surprising.

Gfx screenshot capture was easy to code. Camera control work our gameplay coders designed for photo mode was the hardest part.

Only a few hours to go. Is your body ready?
