The Japanese release of The PS3/PS Vita JRPG by Nihon Falcom The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki is drawing near, with just three weeks to go, and things are getting heated.

First and Foremost we get a new gameplay video from the good folks at 4Gamer, showcasing a large amount of footage from the PS3 version including exploration, battle and story cutscenes. You can check it out at the bottom of the post. Spoiler: it looks really sweet.

In addition to that, Nihon Falcom and Sega teamed up to cross promote the game with the popular title Samurai & Dragons, allowing players of Sega's free to play game to acquire monster cards featuring Sen no Kiseki's main characters. At the moment it's unknown if the promotion will make it over to the western version of Samurai & Dragons or will remain limited to Japan, like almost all good things.

If only Sega actually teamed up with Nihon Falcom to bring Sen no Kiseki to the west... A man can hope, can't he?
