Tony Swatton, the Man at Arms, tackles his most requested weapon to forge--the legendary Master Sword from Legend of Zelda.

Swatton has to use sand casting to create the Mater Sword hilt this time (due to its size), which has him put sand at the bottom of a cavity for the molten bronze and then press resin on top of the wax mold and sand. If a single drop of water gets into the "ingredients," it could cause an explosion. The blade itself is made of bronze with an amber piece of glass that sits right in the center of the hilt as the decoration.
