The Next Blue Bomber Comic Begins Wrapping Up the Story of Mega Man 2

Issue 11 of the Mega Man series from Archie Comics comes out Wednesday and, along with next week’s installment, we’re looking at the end of the print re-telling of the Blue Bomber’s second 8-bit adventure. The last issue depicted an encounter with Quick Man, which if history has taught us anything, ended with Mega Man blowing him to smithereens before ingesting his heart and gaining his powers. I may have mixed Aztec mythology and Mega Man mythos there, but who’s keeping track?

After these next two issues, the Archie Comics series will begin on a new story with elements borrowed from Mega Man 4, reports the Capcom Unity blog. And if you’re interested in getting your hands on some free comics, go ahead and click on that link. C’mon: I dare you.
