The Order: 1886 Has “Plenty of Open Spaces;” Fantastic Video Released; Gets Longest Lines at PlayStation Experience

During the opening keynote of PlayStation Experience, Sony Computer Entertainment showcased a new glimpse on The Order: 1886, yet as they did for Uncharted 4, they released a different version on YouTube, showing the level played differently and with better video quality.

On top of that, we learn from Readt at Dawn CTO Andrea Pessino that the game will have “Plenty of open spaces,” for those worried about the fact that the videos showcased so far feature rather tight quarters.

Looks like the new demo available at PlayStation experience is being met with enthusiasm by the crowd at the event. Ready at Dawn CEO Ru Weerasuriya mentioned that it had the longest lines at the show.

Apparently, fans lined up for three hours to play, according to the game’s official account.

Now I don’t feel all that bad anymore for standing in line for twenty minutes here in Tokyo (in my defense, it was rather cold) hoping to see the new demo, only to be met with the old one I played a gazillion times.

Hopefully we’ll get more chances to play it soon. In the meanwhile you can check out the new video below.
