NetherRealm Studios' latest sequel in the world of Mortal Kombat is set to bring back plenty of familiar faces alongside a host of new ones, though none may be quite prepared against the series' latest challenger: The Ultimate Hunter aka, the infamous Predator.

Following last week's announcement (on Friday the 13th, no less) of Jason Voorhees as a guest fighter in Mortal Kombat X, the game's "Kombat Pack" hinted at another guest character also set to be announced for the game. Luckily, the Xbox Store's description for the Kombat Pack has revealed (nearly) all, including that the infamous Predator from the hugely-popular action series will be making an appearance as the second guest fighter to appear in the game.

After the character appeared in the DLC content for Call of Duty: Ghosts, the Xbox Store listing for the Kombat Pack revealed that the Predator will be included with the Season Pass-like content, with the Kombat Pack to contain Jason, the Predator, and two "Klassic Mortal Kombat characters" that have yet to be revealed, along with skins for the other playable characters in the game.

The Kombat Pack will be available in three of the game's editions through either the Kollector's Edition by Coarse, the Limited Edition, and the Premium Edition - the Kombat Pack can also be purchased separately for $29.99.

Mortal Kombat X will release for PS4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, and Android on April 14th, 2015 - the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will release later in 2015.
