The PS Vita Gets A Cosmically Creative New Game: “Doodle God”

The PS Vita is getting yet another game from the mobile games industry arena in the form of JoyBits Ltd’s hit, Doodle God.

Previously released on iTunes, Doodle God starts players off with just four elements: the classic four elements, fire, water, earth, and wind. From these four, players will be tasked with creating up to 200 altogether, in order to progress through four ages, from the beginning of life to the world of humans and beyond.

You can get a taste of how the game plays from the trailer and gallery below; JoyBits Ltd. promises they’ve put the utmost care into the transition from iTunes to the PS Vita, especially making both the touch screen and buttons accessible to players who want a choice in how they play. One can only assume that if Doodle God goes well, the other games in the Doodle series will transition over, too, like Doodle God 2, Doodle Devil (where players have to destroy the world), and Doodle Farm.

The game is available today in the European Playstation Store. No word yet on when and if it will be released in North America. For more news, stay tuned to
