First thing first, Dream, A.K.A Morpheus, is the lord of dreams. So, he has complete control over dreams, sleep, illusions, insomnia, and nightmares. This allows him to put any ideas, dreams, and stories in the minds of the people he wants. Within the dreams, Morpheus can alter reality at any level. He can create objects and make them follow his commands, and also create worlds and universes and destroy them at will.

Another great ability of Dream includes dimension traveling. Dream is able to open the portals to the physical realms and travel to any place he desires, including traveling to the spiritual and magical realms. He is the possessor of vast knowledge and knows everything, and even knows about all the stories ever told and the ones to be told in the future.

The Sand of Sleep is one of Morpheus’ deadliest weapons, as just a pinch of his sand can put someone to sleep or release their dreams into the real world. This essentially means he has the power to make someone dream while they are awake.

Our dreams end with our sleep, but they are back again when we fall asleep. It has been the same for ages and will always remain the same, which means that Dream is immortal and ageless. The same can be said for the other members of the Endless, that is, Death, Destiny, Despair, Desire, Delirium, and Destruction.

By altering his physical appearance using metamorphosis, Dream can easily take any form he wants. This ability stretches to an extent where he can even create clothes using the dream space. Altering his size is also included in his shape-shifting power.

It’s clear that Dream has a long list of extraordinary powers, but there is still a long list of unspoken abilities, which include superhuman strength, stamina, reflexes, magical powers, photokinesis, telekinesis, and more. Everything combined makes Dream one of the most enigmatic characters of the DC comics and The Sandman.
