TellTale's The Walking Dead protagonist unveils her first look in Skybound X's five-part anthology comic series.

If you're a fan of Telltale's The Walking Dead, you may have heard recently that Skybound Entertainment will be bringing back the popular and battle-ready protagonist Clementine in their brand new comic series called Skybound X.

The five-part anthology comic series will hit the shelves this summer in July and with it, some familiar faces will be appearing to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of Robert Kirkman and David Alpert's Skybound Entertainment.

To celebrate this occasion, Clementine, acclaimed hard-ass and beloved character of TellTale's TWD until its conclusion in 2018, is revealed in the first look in the variant covers from Eisner Award-winning artist Tillie Walden and The Walking Dead artist Charlie Adlard.

In the first comic, fans will get to grips with Clementine's return while issue #2 will take readers on a journey with The Walking Dead's protagonist Rick Grimes. The five-part weekly comic series will also include a special chapter from the Rick Grimes 2000 series that sees Rick in an alternate universe where strange happenings are afoot regarding aliens and walkers.

Fans first met Clem in The Walking Dead: Season One all the way back in 2013. Beginning the series as a scared young girl having lost her family and everything she knew while hanging onto her protector Lee's arm at every turn, Clementine grew into a strong and independent young woman.

After Telltale's unfortunate layoff's in 2018, fans believed they would never see how 'The Final Season' of TWD would end until Kirkman's Skybound Games picked it up and lovingly created something very special.

Skybound X #1 will be available at your local comic book shops and also on digital platforms beginning Wednesday, July 7, for $4.99.
