Capcom announced the European winning design for the Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate weapon contest and it's a pig hunting horn.

Named the Emperor's Speech, this particular hunting horn is used in parades to raise spirit among those that hear it (the artist's Tumblr account can be found here):

I will admit that the design is pretty adorable and I will probably be using the Emperor's Speech plenty. You can also check out the trailer below showcasing the history behind the horn and what the weapon will look and play like in-game. There's also a new (and normal) trailer for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate below that one, featuring plenty of gameplay.
