As you may have heard, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition will be heading to next-generation platforms and this time, the game will look as pretty as ever. For those who have played it, you'll already know that The Witcher 3 is packed full of some beautiful looking mountains, towns and valleys but when it hits next-gen, the beloved title will feature a range of technical and graphical improvements that will enhance it even further that will also include ray tracing and faster loading times. It may be quite some time until we get our hands on a Witcher 4 so until then, we have Cyberpunk 2077 to look forward to in November and also, as always, some adorable Witcher fan art like this one by artist Zu Yuan Cesar.

Zu Yuan Cesar from Bali, Indonesia whose skills includes 2D animation and Illustration has created this wonderful sketch of Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon (better known as Ciri) cuddling some very cute kittens. After a long day of fighting monsters and putting up with Geralt and Yennefer, getting some downtime with a handful of little furballs seems just the ticket for Ciri going by the expression on her face. It seems like the feline variety certainly brings out Ciri's softer side given that we mostly see her pretty stressed out and bullheaded. I love how Zu Yuan has captured Ciri's more playful side and who knows, maybe she could train her new kitties to fight in battle with her like how the Vikings took their pet cats with them on raids. That would make a pretty awesome edition to Ciri's fight scenes in The Witcher 4.

You can check out more of Zu Yuan's talented artwork over on Instagram or ArtStation where there are a lot more stunning Witcher fan art pieces to be seen. The Witcher: Blood Origin will be set 1200 years before Geralt of Rivia, and will feature a chaotic world filled with monsters, men, and elves that will explore how the first Witcher developed. The TV series was one of Netflix’s biggest first seasons ever with over 76 million households tuning in to watch. In the years since its release, there have been tons of great fan creations and art, ranging from a comic book-style illustration of Geralt to a mockup of Witcher-themed Xbox Series X console and also some of Geralt displaying his dad side.
