About a week ago at this point, we started hearing murmurings that CD Projekt Red's beloved 2015 release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt could soon be making its way to the Nintendo Switch platform. While we haven't heard much more about this potential leak since then, it now seems that one person closely associated with the game could be teasing its existence. As seen over on Twitter today, Doug Cockle, who is the voice of Geralt of Rivia himself, released a new tweet that could be teasing the port. Cockle quote tweeted an account that stated it really wanted to see The Witcher 3 come to Switch which then led him to respond saying, "Who else wants to see this.... ;)." He also ended up tagging CD Projekt Red in the tweet directly.Obviously, this doesn't outright confirm that a Switch iteration of The Witcher 3 is in the pipeline, but it could be one of the first indications that it is coming. I mean, come on, Cockle used the winking emoticon of all things in this message. As we all well know, the winking emoticon is a universal indicator that's meant to say, "Hey, I'm teasing you."However, maybe I'm just reading way too much into this and Cockle simply is just asking fans if they are legitimately wanting this port to happen. It's hard to ever tell with these things, but I definitely lean towards thinking this is a full-on tease for the arrival of a Switch edition of The Witcher 3.It's also worth noting that CD Projekt Red in the past has stated that E3 2019 will be the company's biggest ever, so perhaps it will have much more in store other than just showing off Cyberpunk 2077. If this Switch port of The Witcher 3 is real, hopefully, we'll hear more about it within the next week.
