The Witcher’s Geralt Strikes a Pose in Stunning Netflix Poster Fan Art
"The Sword Of Destiny Has Two Edges"
Netflix’s The Witcher season two had an update recently where we heard that due to Henry Cavill’s leg injury and the current lockdown in the UK, the popular show could face another delay. Whether that will happen or not who’s to say, but as we prepare for the next installment of Geralt and the gang, how about a bit of Witcher fan art to stare at until we get the real thing?
Imad Awan, a Concept Artist who has previously worked on The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game, has truly showcased his incredible artistic talents in a stunning Netflix The Witcher fan art poster. It’s hard to believe that Awan crafted this piece with his own hands, it looks so real that you could almost reach out and touch Geralt of Rivia. If I didn’t know already, I would be convinced that this was an official Netflix poster of the White Wolf himself. I’m not entirely sure how he creates this magical art but whatever he’s doing, I hope he doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
If you take a look at Awan’s Artstation, it’s jammed pack with stunning pieces of artwork that range from Ghost of Tsushima and Cypherpunk to The Witcher and other illustrations. His creative force knows no bounds and over the years, he has quickly become one of my favorite artists.
Recently, we heard that Netflix’s The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf‘s runtime had been revealed with the anime spinoff focusing its attention on Vesemir, the oldest and wisest Witcher. The Witcher is available to stream on Netflix now and if you wish, be sure to check out our own review for the Netflix series here as you wait to get a look at season two.
