Although Team Ninja has stated that they would be turning down the gore in Ninja Gaiden 3, these screens prove that that doesn't mean it won't be still be a gore-fest. Some of the screens show off that shadowy masked figure that we suspect is the main antagonist, others show Ryu turning his enemies into blood fountains.

It isn't easy to keep hope high for this game with all the changes Team Ninja keeps announcing, but there is no denying the promise shown in these screens. Hit the break to check them out for yourself. Ninja Gaiden 3 will be available for PS3 and Xbox 360 early next year. Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge will be available for the Wii U at a later date.
