This Happened: Multiplayer Confirmed for Mass Effect 3

If you’ve been around the site for a while, you’ll know that I’m not a huge fan in taking awesome single-player games to the online realm. There are exceptions to the rule – and I seriously hope Mass Effect 3 is one of them – but much of the time it seems the single player game suffers because of it. That being said, the presence of a multiplayer mode in Mass Effect 3 has apparently been confirmed in the latest issue of Xbox World 360 magazine and will be shown off at Gamescom, in Germany, later this month. Nothing more is known at this point, but I’m sure we’ll find out more soon, so stay tuned.
