Indie game fans get some love on their PS Vitas and PS3s with the release of Thomas Was Alone that also features Cross-buy. That means one very awesome indie game for two platforms and only one price to pay.

Thomas Was Alone is a platformer where players must get all of the characters to their exit portals. As the game progresses the difficulty gets harder and will have players making used of characters skills such as flotation, anti-gravity, bouncing, or higher jumps.

The story for the game is narrated by Danny Wallace of Assassin’s Creed and a score by David Housden. The game also makes use of camera and touch screen on the PlayStation Vita for a variety of ways to play the game. There is also new creator’s commentary for this version of the game and timed exclusive DLC that introduces a square with a jetpack.

Thomas Was Alone will be seeing release in the spring with no exact date provided. Fans of indie games will definitely want to take advantage of this great deal to experience this game on the PS3 and PS Vita.
