World of Warcraft receives more content today with the Tides of Vengeance, which introduces a new Warfront, armor, Faction Assaults, and a new raid: the Battle of Dazar'alor.

The Battle of Dazar'alor is the second raid to come as part of the Battle for Azeroth and has a different experience for each faction that participates. Plot-wise, this raid is the Alliance's attack on the Horde capital of Zandalar due to their losses of the World Tree and Lordaeron. Both the Alliance and the Horde will face off against six different bosses throughout the raid as the Alliance mounts an offensive and the Horde plays defense.

A new co-op Warfront, Battle for Darkshore, allows you to fight and explore a new version of the Darkshore zone that will switch between Alliance and Horde players in cycles, which has been shortened for the first two weeks in order to allow all players access the new content prior to the holidays. You will have to be at max-level and have completed the new opening storyline with Tyrande and the night elves before being able to access the Warfront.

New Faction Assaults in Tides of Vengeance take place in Zandalar and Kul Trias that introduce new questlines and allows you to push forth your faction's cause. For these you will have to be at level 110 or above and have unlocked World Quests.

A new Pet Battle Dungeon has appeared in Gnomeregan. Completing this new quest rewards you with an Ultimate Battle-Training Stone as well as the ability to teleport to the Gnomeregan dungeon entrance. A Challenge Mode version of the dungeon is available, though this will require 15 max-level pets instead of just one pet over level 25.

Tides of Vengeance also brings in new Blood Elf and Dwarf Heritage Armor that are given in a new questline to max-level blood elf or dwarf players who have an Exalted status. Havenswood and Jorundall are some new locations in Island Expeditions to explore and gain Azerite and fight Azerite-themed monsters.

Lastly a new mount, the Meat Wagon, has been added to those who have pre-purchased Warcraft III: Reforged, the upcoming remake of Warcraft III the predecessor for World of Warcraft and Dota 2. The Tides of Vengeance update is available now and you can get a glimpse at some of the content included in the trailer below as well as all the gritty details in the patch notes on the World of Warcraft site.
