In March, THQ Nordic released Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition on PS4 and Xbox One. While a Nintendo Switch version of the game was announced at the same time as the other console versions, it did not launch at the same time. Today, THQ announced that Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition would finally be gracing the console/handheld hybrid on July 31.

For those of you who aren't aware, Titan Quest is an action RPG that based on ancient Greek, Egyptian, and Asian mythologies. In order to re-capture escaped Titans, players, either alone or with friends, can travel several locations around the world, fighting these Titans and upgrading themselves.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game is based on the game's 2016 PC release, which includes multiple gameplay improvements, functioning multiplayer, and the game's first expansion Immortal Throne. The game's controls have been also been updated to work better on the Nintendo Switch, as has the game's UI.
