Since Titanfall dropped this March, the game has already been building a steady community and groups of players, thanks in no small part to the release of DLC that has kept the game growing and going at the same time.
Following a stream by developer Respawn Entertainment of the upcoming new DLC, it was revealed that the second upcoming expansion for Titanfall, titled “Frontier’s Edge,” will be releasing to cap off the month on July 31st, 2014. Its release next week will drop on both Xbox One and PC, with the Xbox 360 version of the DLC set to arrive at a later date.
The new “Frontier’s Edge” DLC will be falling with three new maps that will be added to the game, with Dig Site, Haven, and Export set to bring unique new environments and landscapes, such as a mining facility and beach resort, to the multiplayer-centric game. The DLC will be available as either standalone content for $10, or as part of the Season Pass for Titanfall, which retails for $25.
