Toki Tori 2+ Delayed to July 11 on Steam

Two Tribes recently announced on its blog, Toki Tori 2+ will launch on Steam on July 11th, a week later than its original July 2nd release date. The developer doesn’t offer an explanation for the delay other than “scheduling-wise it made more sense to go for the 11th” and the extra week will be used for “more play testing and bug fixing.”

Toki Tori 2+ is the PC port of the Wii U platformer, Toki Tori 2, released earlier this year. The additional ‘+‘ in the PC title is to represent the new content added to the PC version compared to the Wii U original. PC gamers will have a new level editor letting you create your own levels, and Steam Workshop integration allowing you to share your creations with other players.

New achievements and additional puzzles are also included in the PC version, including levels with new gates to make sure you can reach your intended destination more efficiently. Navigation will also be reworked with an improved world map along with new stand-out landmarks which will help you to better understand your position on the world map.

The game will cost $14.99 when it is released on Steam with discounts for first-day buyers and loyalty coupons being offered for those who already own one or more of Two Tribes’ previous Steam games.
