Released in early 2008, Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side: 2nd Season is a female-oriented dating sim from Konami, and now, thanks to Gokusaishiki, a translation group, it's playable in English. Never played any of the Tokimeki Memorial games, but from what I've heard, 2nd Season is one of the best dating sims out there, so I plan on giving this a shot soon. Check it out if you're into the genre.
The patch can be found at Gokusaishiki's page linked above, and the team is currently working on a translation of 3rd Story, the next installment in the series.
