Tokyo Game Show 2015 Tour with DualShockers: Check Out the Good, The Funny and the Weird

Tokyo Game Show remains my favorite show of the year, with a high degree of diversity and great creativity, going from AAA developers to schools, passing by all the shades of the industry.

This year Microsoft wasn’t there, and Nintendo never participates, but the line-up of games was definitely interesting, and there was a lot to try and to play.

Unfortunately many gamers don’t ever get to set foot at the Makuhari Messe, so I decided to bring you with me, at least virtually, and to film the whole show floor in first person, pretty much like you were walking by my side.

The result is a stroll over a hour long, during which I try to show the most interesting areas of the show, and explain a few little known facts.

A special shoutout goes to Final Fantasy XIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida, who appears in the video, and that basically spent the whole duration of the show interacting with the fans at Square Enix’s booth, just being among them and being friendly. You don’t see many directors in his position doing that, at least not to that extent.

If you want to know more about the titles available on the show floor, you can check out our DualShockers Awards, and if you want to see more of the beautiful booth companions who often apear in the video, we have a gallery here.

That said, do check out the tour video below.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
