Ubisoft Paris announced today that Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands' brand new PvP mode Ghost War will be added to the game on PC, PS4, Xbox One on October 10 for free following its Open Beta last weekend. This announcement was accompanied by a new trailer for the mode, which highlights the Assassin, Sentinel, and Diversionist classes.

For those of you who don't know, Ghost War is a 4v4 PvP Team Deathmatch that has an emphasis on tactical squad play. Before each match, players can choose from twelve different class that fall into three categories: Assault, Support, and Marksman, and have different roles to play in each match.

The Open Beta for Ghost War contained only six of the modes twelve classes, so there will be six new classes for players to try out on October 10 if they dive back into Ghost War. Each class also has a variety of different weapons, perks and customization options for players to choose from and deck out their soldier with. Each Ghost War match will take place on one of eight unique maps. The developers have also stated that they are planning on adding more maps, classes, and modes in the future.

You can check out the new trailer below in anticipation for the mode's launch on October 10. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
